The guise of work under the law they cant threaten or intimidate you but theres no law.
For you theres no law they cant say why theyre calling but theres no law against being rude and persistant.

Take you to court and garnish your wages? Possibly. But there are federal laws about “nasty” collection calls that carry a hefty fine to any companies violating said laws. Harassment is is Harassment, be it from your ex or your creditor. Both are illegal and punishable by law.
